SALES ASSOCIATE

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving their individual sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience through their product knowledge, relationship building and maintaining Pandora brand merchandising/visual standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drives personal sales goals by utilizing the Pandora Way sales techniques
  • Builds and maintains personal client book to ensure continued relationship building with clients
  • Consistently provides exceptional customer experience
  • Maintains Pandora merchandising presentation standards, zone maintenance along with a clean store environment
  • Displays a high level of professionalism and complies with Company Mission and Values; understands and maintains the Company operational standards

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED; some College preferred

SUPERVISOR

The Store Supervisor is responsible for supporting store management to deliver an exceptional store experience. This is a Key Holder position that focuses on the implementation and maintenance of PANDORA Visual Merchandising strategies and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements the execution of all related PANDORA Visual Merchandising guidelines and directives
  • Drives business performance results by identifying and adapting Visual Merchandising solutions, and leading store team members to maximize sales
  • Supports individual store team member and/or group trainings and meetings
  • Ensures store management and team members are trained on how to interpret PANDORA Visual Merchandising standards to maximize the customer shopping experience
  • Manage and resolve Visual Merchandising challenges that include adaptations to store floor plans, fixture layouts, VM directives and guidelines, as impacted by or based on sales trends, product inventory, and out of stocks
  • Supports their respective District Manager and Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating store team members in assessing VM skills that drive/increase sales performance and results
  • Understands how to read sales reports, analyse business results and apply knowledge to training and in-store execution, linking Visual Merchandising Standards and Presentation to impact overall business results
  • Leads VM Scorecard walkthrough with PANDORA Territory Manager visits. Providing insights to merchandising presentation decisions and business results
  • Responsible for completing all assigned or required PANDORA trainings as scheduled (i.e. POD)
  • A Leader in customer service and satisfaction. Handles minor customer complaints and issues, escalates when needed
  • Maintains store level compliance with company standards on safety, security, facility maintenance, postings, notifications and other administrative duties
  • Performs basic operations activities including cash handling and reporting, price changes, open and closing duties
  • Understands the Mirpuri Group culture and ensures compliance with the Mirpuri Mission, Vision and employment policies.
  • Develops collaborative relationships with Store Management, and other store and company team members

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • AA/Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of prior retail experience or sales management experience preferred, including merchandising/visual experience
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships, and influence teams
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities
  • Proven ability t plan, organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Motivate and develop all employees individually and on team-level to improve and maintain high performance standards
  • Assures timely resolution and effective conclusions for associate concerns and customer disputes
  • Ensure a continuous high level of knowledge with all staff of Pandora’s mission, vision, and strategy
  • Plan and implement marketing activities, PR and events according to overall marketing plan and activity guidelines

Our Seasonal Support position will act as a 'Greeter' and will direct guests, wrap gifts, stock POS supplies, answer and direct phone calls, and other sales support duties.

A Family Affair

Fine jewelry has always played an important part of of the Mirpuri household. Growing up, brothers Girish & Harry Mirpuri, owners of Mirpuri Group USA, watched and learned the business from their parents, and built upon the family legacy by expanding their footprint in the fine jewelry arena.

Humble Beginnings

Girish & Harry moved the business from the wholesale to retail industry in the early 80s, opening a quaint family jewelry store in Toronto, Canada. They migrated to Pembroke Pines, FL in 1992 where they opened their first operation.

In 2005, an opportunity presented itself to Girish & Harry, and they soon became one of the first key franchise partners of PANDORA Jewelry in the state of Florida. The brothers appealed to the brand’s vision and values, and respected the similarities between PANDORA’s modest foundation as family-run jewelry shop.

Today, Mirpuri Group USA owns and operates six PANDORA concept stores throughout Florida, as well as one multi-brand store, Dynasty Gallery & Gifts. With more than 200 employees, Girish & Harry continue to work toward growing Mirpuri Group USA in partnership with PANDORA.
